IN-STORE: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
ONLINE: All major credit cards, ApplePay, and Paypal.

IS YOUR ENTIRE INVENTORY AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Not quite! While we feature a curated selection online, our in-store inventory includes many more items, especially larger pieces like furniture, artwork, and lighting. If you're in the area, we invite you to visit our showroom to explore it all.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our retail location for an additional fee.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP, AND WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
We ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your order.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP IN-STORE?
Yes, local pickup is available for online orders. You can select this option at checkout.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 15-mile radius of our store for a flat fee of $25.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT FOR DELIVERY?
No, there is no minimum order required for delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days but within 15 days, returns are eligible for store credit. We do not accept returns after 15 days.

Please note that discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items must include original tags and packaging.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS FOR INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To return or exchange an item, you can bring it back to our store, or if you’re unable to visit, you can ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Please note that we offer special holiday hours—be sure to check back for those specific dates and times.
